This error has been reported a number of times now. I have credit on my account but cannot add a data package via 4g mobile broadband - I have been unable to use this service for a month. I've tried clearing cache, cookies and all the other suggestions you've made to others - nothing works. I cannot revert to an old browser that doesn't use Https as I want the security. Do not refer me to your mobile care team. PLEASE JUST FIX THIS before all of your customers with this issue move to alternative suppliers.

Are you able to add one through your My EE account, @Jackyg?

No, I've tried via my ee account, on 2 different laptops and 2 different phones. I've tried Edge and Chrome. Nothing works!! It was fine until about a month ago but now I can add credit to my account on myee (using a different network) - there is plenty there - but I can't add a data package so have been unable to connect at all.

As I've run out of data I can't log into my account at all via the ee mobile therefore I can't add data. I can see the credit via a different network.

Thank you Chris - I just tried the link you suggested and that didn't work either. It takes me to my account if I'm on a different network (bt hotspot) but still forbidden via the ee mobile device

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.

Thank you very much for that suggestion. However I no longer have IE etc on my device only Edge and Chrome - I am reluctant to use anything that does not force https for security reasons with credit card numbers etc. I was able to add data using Edge perfectly well until a month ago so I think this is just EE software not keeping up up with browser updates?

But, @Johnojonto21 , you do have a Net connection if you are arriving at "Forbidden".
