EE4G Mobile Issue

4G Mobile dongle. I  switch on and the get a green blinking light, which turns to an aqua blinking light, which then goes blank. I can find the network and enter my password on all devices. The devices accept the password but there's no Internet connection. The signal for the dongle is very strong.

How long have you had this problem for? If you pop your postcode into our network status checker, does it tell you that we're aware of a problem in your area?

Says the signal is good. Just discovered I have a connection on my ipad but not on my iphone or windows laptop

Could you try forgetting the network on all of your devices, restarting them, then resetting up the connection, @43psfcp?
