EE mini router 4g has not been working recently with intermitting connection problems, although my 5g sim in my iphone is working great, after phoning EE support and being told to try putting my phone 5g phone sim into the mini router to try that as a solution which didnt work, i now find my mini router 4g does not show up as a wifi option on my tv or laptop. any help would be appreciated.

After our team suggested you try your phone SIM in the mini router, and this didn't work, did you contact our team back to let them know?

Hi Linzi, yeah EE contacted me yesterday and now want me to send the router to them so they can diagnose what's happening. This will have been the second time I have had to send the router back to EE in less than a year I work from home most days and find this situation intolerable with intermittent Internet for £50 a month. I can't wait until September next year or if sooner to get some money together to end this contract with EE. Thanks you for reaching out though.
