EE Smart 4G Hub

Hi,hopefully someone might have the answer to this.

I bought this hub from EE shop about Jan 25,it works ok but i have to re-boot it every single day without fail.

It is driving me nuts,hope someone can help.

That's certainly never how we'd want you to be left feeling after reaching out to us. 

How was it they left things with you at the end of the call, and was there anything in particular they got you to try?

He agreed there was a fault with this router i bought from EE,but whatever he did in my router it is even worse now.

Disconnecting every 10 minutes,or 15-20 minutes.

He agreed the router is faulty & said he could arrange a courier to come & pick it up but i would be left with no internet.

I said i depend on my PC & that`s where he left me,but EE can`t just leave me like this,if they need to pick up the router then so be it,so i need help with this not just to be sitting with a bad router.

Well that was a complete waste of time,i think it`s time to just move on.

So the tech guy arranged for my smart router to be picked up yesterday Tuesday 8th by DPD.

You guessed it nobody turned up,it just goes on, what a joke.
