I received one of these routers the other day, and the 5G signal seems strong, and the speeds are good. However, it's dropping out the connection quite often, as often as every 5-10 mins of use. Has anyone had similar problems?

Hi @AW07
Do you know if there are any maintenance works in your area? You can check the status of your postcode on our coverage and network status checker.

I've had the same problem with this router for a year now ! Nothing I can do cos I'm in 18 month contract ..
Loses WiFi probably over 10 times a day. I've woke up this morning and there's no WiFi again..
I pay 55 a month for this.. ridiculous !!

These routers are faulty I'm sure of it.

They sent me a replacement, I'll see if I get the same issue with this one.

Hi AW07, did a replacement solve this for you?
I'm having a similar issue and after speaking to the level 2 team, have been advised to try an antenna.

I created a new profile on the router.
Copy everything the same as your current one, just name it differently, and set to IPv4 only, then set this as default.
Seems there is an issue with IPv6.
Don't worry, you can change back and delete the profile if it doesn't work for you, so no danger 🙂
Note: You may lose a little speed, but gain stability.

What helped me with the same issue was turning off mesh compatible settings and limiting the wifi to either only 2.4ghz or 5ghz, I have no idea how it could've been related but it reduced the disconnections a lot (not fixed completely but MUCH better.)
