EE 4G mobile Wifi box

Hi

I have a mobile wifi box I have been using for over a year for business connections. It has worked perfectly in Europe & Mexico, but during a recent trip to Texas it didn't work at all. Please can you tell me why and will it work in Bali, I have a business trip in May.

Yes, but that'll be a data allowance for use in UK & EU. In USA & Bali you would need to buy roaming data add-ons which you will be offered by text on arrival.

yes I had data which worked as soon as we were home.
