EE 4G Wi-Fi constant power saving mode

Hi
got an we 4g Wi-Fi straight out of box today. Initially wouldn’t connect to anything but then got four bars of signal in the loft (three in bedroom below). But only Mac in home office will connect to internet. Sky box, PlayStation and phone all connect to 4g WiFi device but indicate that it isn’t connected to the internet.
Aquamarine light comes on but only for a couple of minutes then switches to power save mode. I have tried rebooting and factory reset and doesn’t seem to work. Please help

Sorry that didn’t work.
The PS5 error message says the ‘your isp could be preventing your ps5 from joining’

So a very odd development- the PS5 still says it is not connected. No games have online access and all apps do not have online access- except Now TV. I have no idea how this is possible but Now TV seems to work normally.
Panasonic to still won’t connect and neither will sky ‘puck’

the error for the TV states a home network is available but connection to the internet is not possible. Connection to the server failed

If you are able to now connect other devices and use them OK I'd recommend speaking with our tech team on 150.
