EE 4G Mobile Wifi

I've tried for 4 months almost to get this EE4G Wifi mini to function. i can  stream on youtube but not netflix, i can download games off of certain applications, on some i cant even connect to. I cant play anything i  downloaded, wont let me connect to any servers. Even worse i cant access my drive or even the admin Http. 

I've tried it on my computer, mobile, my sisters mobile my friends mobile... does not work at all.

The sim is unlocked, though on the EE App im not "allowed" to manage my own Sim thats in the wifi mini. if i put the sim into my phone and hotspot it, everything works as it should be.

sick of paying absurd money for something i have not been able to use whatsoever. i've sent it to EE for repairs, i got a text from EE saying they fixed it, on the report they replaced it and it STILL does not work; exactly the same as the previous one.

When i tried my sim in one of the older versions at the shop it worked, though they wont just give you a working one will they.

I need to change password on mini , how do I  do this without original password it came with ??

@ade0908 : Which pwd are you trying to change, admin or WiFi? Do you have the admin pwd?
