EE 4G 12 month 120Gb SIM

I already have a monthly contract for my phone and a 4G 12 month 120Gb data-only SIM for my broadband, and can check my remaining data using 'add-on.ee.co.uk/status'. I have just bought a 2nd data-only SIM for another device.

How do I add another 'add-on.ee.co.uk/status' to check how much data I still have for that device? Whenever I click on the link it takes me to my existing Data-only SIM and there is no option to add another (unless I missed it)

@GPL : You have to do it from a device connected to the mobile router containing the new SIM.
