I have looked on My-EE but can't find the link to buy data roaming add-on.  Can you point me in right place please? Russell

Are you on contract or PAYG? The Roam Abroad Pass is only for contracts.

Thanks but with respect it is just a mobile wifi device. I don't have a text facility.
Any other sugggestions?

With respect most mobile routers do do texts. Does it have an envelope LED on it?

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover. Then look for the SMS section.

The server at 192.168.1.1 is taking too long to respond.

It may be a diff IP. The label on it should tell you.

Have checked label inside wifi device it confirms same IP address.  Tried again. Same result.
