Connecting to my mobile broadband router

Hi, trying to connect desktop and Android phones to new 4g router. The WiFi is visible but won't connect.

Have you supplied your devices with the router's WiFi pwd when you try to connect?

Thanks for your email. Yes. We have the internet working now by plugging
the router into a desktop but the WiFi isn't working.

Which router are you using?

@Jud8 IP configuration failure.

As long as you know both your Default WiFi and Router Admin Access Passwords (just in case), I would do a Factory Reset on the 4G MiFi Device.
