Every time I’m out I try to sign in so I can use WiFi hotspots on the go.
this service clearly has issues as when I go to settings and select the EE WiFi it then directs me to the captive WiFi page where I can have the option of logging in or purchasing a voucher of which I have no need of.
I try to login with my details of which are correct and it bounces back to the settings page and th process starts all over again I’ve been trying to sort this for months I’m paying for a service I’m just not getting and as the whole point of paying for a service is because I want to utilise the WiFi when outside so I can get work done.
like I say this has been going on for months I’m seeing a lot of online content regarding others having the said same issues yet you just don’t seem to be doing anything about it. And after hundreds of calls and texts trying to sort this out I just can’t believe this hasn’t been at all looked into for me yet you are constantly taking £29.99 out of my account for services I’m just not receiving.

Did you get this sorted as since I moved from BT I just can’t login it just goes round in circles bouncing from my settings on my iPad to the login page then back to the Captive WiFi over and over again

It still doesn't work for me, like you say it just bounces back to the login screen, although I haven't tried calling EE. We shouldn't have to call to get it set up, surely if I can log in to My EE then I know my credentials are good? Looks like they are enabling it only for those who call in? So again they are lying when they show a banner that says its free to anyone with EE Broadband.

Hi @Keeno07, thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community.
Could you please let us know exactly how it is you're receiving your subscription to the hotspot network; is this part of an EE or BT broadband contract, or are you buying it directly via the portal?
Have you tried connecting from a different device to see if the issue carries over, too?
Peter
