Can’t top date up online

hi there, I need to top up my sims online but there seems to have been a problem with the website for maybe the last 3 months. I can’t use the sims in a phone as they are used in a mobile router. Any other ways to top up

@Brider9 : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
