Broad band bill. and

I am being charged £ 60 per month for broadband that was never installed. the broad band number is still on my profile list of numbers. Also I have a really poor service from my ee 4 G modem. my mobile wont connect to the internet either so i cant use the wifi. Also I cannot ring out on my mobile since i signed up to EE. PLEASE HELP!

My account states that i have cancelled my phone contract. I HAVENT!!! Ive not been anywhere near the cancellation button

Mobile BB doesn't need any installation. You just buy a mobile router & its SIM & connect to the mobile network.
