Billing and Identity Management for Partner

Hi there,

Is it possible to have my partner's name added on to our EE Broadband bill? This is possible with many other utilities but I've been unable to accomplish this with EE Broadband so far. Also is there a way to allow my partner to be able to access the Broadband account easily without having to request an SMS code sent to my phone?

@huwdjones : You can't have another person added to your EE a/c or bill but you can call CS to appoint a 3rd-party to handle day-to-day aspects of your a/c over the phone with CS on your behalf. They will not be cleared to affect contractual matters, like cancellation or upgrades.
