Can someone please explain to me why my broadband bill has gone upto nearly £40 . There is only me in the house and I don't use a lot . I think this is ridiculous.

@Amileiriley , @RasaUs , have you had a look at the breakdown of your bill? It should show you why, also take a look here, as it is the annual price increase:

@Amileiriley , @RasaUs : £3 pm is the contractual annual price increase that takes place from 31st March each year & if you have EE TV that's another £2 pm, making £5 pm in total.

@RasaUs There is NO email communication with EE CS and yourself, have linked the complaint form you will see in the contact us, fill form and go from there.
