Billing account number

Hi,

I bought a 5G router and I want to set up my account, after login when I want to link my device it asks me to write the billing account number, I tried every number that I had on the letter from the Account number to the Bill reference, but for all of them it says it's not valid.

what should I do? It seems like other people have the same issue.

@Mo1110 : An account number is only needed for fixed Home BB. You don't have fixed Home BB. You have mobile BB for which you just need its mobile number.

@Lee353 : Why do you need an a/c no.? You don't need an a/c no. to register mobile BB. You use its SIM's mobile no. just like a mobile phone.
