BBC iplayer

Just got 4g HUB, I can open most apps on my Sky Q box but iplayer won't sign in, just stuck. Is this known issue with a known solution?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you log into the BBC iPlayer on any other device connected to the router? 

If you're not able to try this, could you delete and reinstall the app if possible and see if you can log in?
