App shows wrong info and upgrade didn’t happen

On 16th May I upgraded to a data package and switched to The EE broadband powered by BT. Broadband happened but not the upgrade. Still on old tariff despite so long on the phone. What a waste of time. Now need to phone again.

When you upgraded and changed the plan, did the team advise when the changes would take place? 

 

Have you had a bill since you upgraded?

Yes I have had a bill and a new data allowance, which is still the old one. Changed May 16th so assumed next bill on 18th June would show changes.
