Scam call

Just received a call from 07340261466 from a fast talking, very urgent, Asian sounding gentleman telling me that I had three days before my SIM would be cancelled, it is ok though because they are sending me (free of charge) a Starlink enabled upgrade, he needed my email to send me the details, when asked why he didnt have my email already (as he is from EE) he said he was from the promotions department and didnt have access to details. I played with him for a little while then called bo*locks and told him to go off. Presume it was a scam....
