How do I buy an addon for my Wi-Fi module?
I have topped up and when I try to buy an add-on all I get is a message in the app and in the web portal:
"Please turn off your WiFi. To get access to this platform you need to turn off your WiFi within settings."
I have tried all the steps and multiple configuration to try to buy an add-on.
Any steps to resolve most welcome
Thanks

Thank you for your reply. The suggestions do not work and the link provided is not secure. I will request a refund from EE

Hi @Xeocam
Thanks for coming here.
You can view remaining allowance and purchase data on the add-on.ee.co.uk page on a web browser connected to the WiFi device.
Thanks.
Leanne.
