Hello, for some reason as soon as my bill is paid my 5g router can't get 5g. But every single month without fail the 5g will magically start working 1 week before my bill is due. I can get good signal on 5g when it works 4 bars and really good speeds. So I can't understand why this is. I'm paying extra for 5g to only be able to use it 1/4 of the time. It's expensive. For such little uptime. Is there something I'm missing?

It's impossible that your signal strength or type is linked to your billing or payments.
In what way are you paying extra for 5G? All EE contract SIMs are now 5G able.
