I have a slightly different service 5g connection . works very well when the router works that is !! anyway we do share the fact that their support is nothing less than useless. Reboot the router works for an hour - then you have to reboot several times. Not helped by support saying I am out of 5g range - which I am not according to EE website. It goes on and on. support logged and give numbers - you will be phoned back within 48 hours etc, never had a call back from EE - ever ! so I am leaving the idiots and not paying the early exit fees - see them in court

If the mobile broadband device is loosing signal and needing a reboot, this would need to be looked into for you by our technical support guides. If this has not been resolved when you called and you would like to discuss your options and experience, you can open a complaint on the Make a Complaint page and one of the team will get in touch.
