I have a 5G contract with EE with unlimited data and was wondering if I could purchase a home hub https://shop.ee.co.uk/dongles/pay-monthly-mobile-broadband/5gee-wifi-2020/details on its own to use with my current plan?

It's for the sake of saving my phone's battery, 5G kills my phone bat.
