5G router keeps losing internet - support issues

I'm having to reboot my 5G router a couple of times a day as it intermittently loses internet connection.

Following a reboot all is well until the next time.....

I've had the router for about 6 months and it's been very reliable until now, I haven't physically moved it or many any config changes.

Any suggestions?

Phoning 150 just gets me (eventually) to the automated service that checks my line (surely my mobile phone line, not the router) and then hangs up. Arghhhh

so should everyone with this same issue start anew thread so we have hundreds of threads with the same issue? Or should we look through the existing threads that are marked as "solved" to find a solution that has worked for others, as I have done.

@grimo : You should do both. "Same issue" hardly ever is. In this instance there could be many reasons for the bland "loses internet". For starters you don't know if you have same router as OP. Better to have your own thread dealing only with your own issue & targeting your specific circumstances. And the same goes for the other hundreds - 1 of users with the seemingly "same issue".
