I have recently ordered a 5G hub to use as I can get fixed line broad band. It works great on all of my devices but when connecting to my PS5 I always come up with ‘failed connection’ when trying to connect. I’ve tried connecting using WPS and the Ethernet cable it comes with. Does anyone have any suggestions or is it better returning and getting an unlimited phone sim for my phone and hot spotting it as I can connect my phone hotspot to it just fine. Thanks

Hi @Alishaj1
Welcome to the community.
At what point do you get that 'failed connection' error? Is it when you're trying to pair to the WiFi? How long have you had it for?

I’ve had the router since yesterday and it happens when the PlayStation is trying to connect to the router.

Hi @Alishaj1.
Have you tried disconnecting the other devices and then trying to connect your PlayStation 5?
If yes, does the same occur?

I have been having same
problems. My ps5 fails to connect to my 4G hub. I’m stilling cancelling my plan as I don’t see the point.
