Hello everyone need some help,

recently my WiFi router simply just stopped working had to do a full reset and call ee now that has been fixed I am getting 1/3 of the speeds I was getting before this happened the router has never moved the sim has never moved and for some odd reason one of the lights on my router isn’t working there are four and the 2nd one in isn’t on it is a envolope lookalike icon and the light is off 

 

can someone help,

@Harry6912 : The envelope light is OFF cuz there are no text msgs awaiting you at your mobile router.

I recently had a problem with my router where it would not connect to the internet and would not work after doing a factory reset it is back working but I am getting much slower speeds I went from getting around 20-25 ms to 50-70ms I have checked the status in my area and it says my connection is perfect the router hasn’t moved since I bought it the SIM card is working fine I just simply don’t know what to do 

 

can anyone help?
