5G Smart Hub flashing aqua

My 5G router arrived today. I've set it up and connected it via ethernet to my PC as that's what I want to use it for. It's appearing in the internet connection options on my PC - Smart5GHub. I've connected to it, and I do have internet, but its slow, very slow. The 5G in my area is very strong as I checked before purchasing so there's no reason it should be slow.

The router has been flashing aqua for over an hour. I've looked online and it said that it means its connecting to the internet or the broadband cable isnt connected.

Im not sure what I'm doing wrong, all the cables are plugged in properly, I've followed the instructions that came with it.

You're not reading the right spec. That's for a fixed BB router. You don't have a BB cable but a SIM. You have a mobile router.

After being on the phone with EE for about an hour trying to find a fix, they came to the conclusion that the router itself is faulty. So just waiting on them to send a replacement and hopefully it will work! 🙂
