Good afternoon,

Many moons ago, i purchased a ee mobile wifi device as i had no provider at that time who could give me a solid signal, when i moved I cancelled contract, i still have the device and would like to put a pay as you go sim into it to use on the go, is this possible. Also i have tried to order a data only sim on ee site, but keep getting taken to a 404 page?

That is possible.

Which is the page that errors 404? Linky please?

You'd probably be better off with a PAYG Mobile Phone SIM as giving you more data for your £s than a data SIM.

if you click on my shop, mobile broadband, then free sim, this then asks for details, then confirm you are not a robot, then order sim, then it takes me to 404 domain not found

I don't have that path. Linky please?

Thanks for that, @XRaySpeX, I'll pass this onto the relevant team.

Does this happen in all browsers, @denton2021?

If you can't complete the order online, are you able to get to an EE Store or give us a call?
