have this mobile 4G dongle. Not used it it for probably 3 years. I can sign I to EE but get this error, I can’t “call 150” because that takes me to Sky. If I click on the EE help link it returns 404.
is there a way to fix this?

After 3 years your SIM is likely dead.
Try a new PAYG SIM.
