4g signal after a storm

I have been getting a poor signal from my router ...1 bar and 3g green circle since I received it a couple of weeks ago. I could use it though . I have arranged an external to be installed anyway. However we have had some decent storms and since then I'm getting about 2-3 Mbps....no upload speed. The network is not showing a fault . Any ideas?

Do you already have an antenna installed or is that coming soon?

No the antenna is coming on the 28th

Once the antenna is installed it should improve your coverage massively.

 

You could report the problem in the status checker if there isn't one showing already.
