We have had a 4g ee router for a couple months with no issues. Recently both netflix and amazon prime will not work on smart tv or firestick. Internet speeds are fine and netflix through phone works fine. I have tried resetting the content control with no success. How can this be resolved?

@EssexBoyEE haha what you have recommended seems to have done the trick!! I have no idea how this has helped but thank you so much!!!! I will test this out for a day or so and see how it goes and get back on here to update 🙂

Yes same problem as described in the thread, however none of the suggestions seem to solve my issues.
Router is 4GEE Router

It may be worth speaking to our Technical Support team to make sure everything is OK from our side. They'll be able to send a network refresh through to your SIM card too.

I would like to add to this.
I have spent 3 days trying to sort the same problem with no joy. I also fin this morning that Microsoft Teams did not work with the ee data sim, so I lost a days work.
Numerous calls to ee and visiting an ee store did not resolve the issue. Using and O2 or Smarty sim worked perfectly.
I strongly believe there is s problem with the data sims from ee.
As a result, I've gone to O2, and although I'll miss the speed of the ee sim, if it doesn't work properly, it's no good to me.
Ee need to sort this.
