Mini hub

EE have sent me a mini hub to use to get broadband when I move home. How does this work when I don't have an EE phone signal at home? Surely EE know that my area does not have mobile reception so why send me a hub?

Does the Coverage Checker not show any reception there at all?

Hi we have today received a new mini WiFi box as we have had problems with the other one.

We asked for a SIM card as was told to destroy other one there is no SIM card in the package
