4g hub

Just received my EE 4G hub but it doesn’t appear to have the antennas to connect on the back .. should these normally come in the box?

Hi I wonder if anyone can assist please? I have just received my EE BT 4G hub and there doesn’t appear to be any antennas in the box to attach to the back ?

@LloydG : Which model of mobile router have you got? Most of them don't come with external antennae & for those that do they are an extra service. Were antennae mentioned on the sales page?

EDIT: The BT 4G Home Hub is 1 where installing antennae is an extra chargeable service. Have you paid £100 for them & arranged the engineer visit?
