I have a 4GEE WiFi mini dongle that I use on a very regular basis. To switch it on, I normally press and hold down the button, the three icons (internet/broadband/notifications) all light up at the same time and then disappear and one by one re-light up until all three are showing again. This indicates that the WiFi is broadcasting and I can see it to select on other devices e.g. work laptop, personal iPad etc.
However, for the last few days, when I switch it on, the three icons light up but do not go through the phasing and the WiFi is not broadcasting. All three icons are either ALL off or ALL on and none of them are showing red indicating a problem.
I have removed the Sim and left it off for a while and then tried it again but to no avail. I have looked into my account and it is still showing that I have Unlimited Data left and so that shouldn’t be preventing its use.
Is there anything else that I can try on the device itself to kick start it into working again please?
Thank you

Hello @Jestertattoo.
Welcome to the EE Community.
Is the SIM inside the router a pay monthly SIM or a pay as you go?

Monthly
The dongle has become disconnected from the EE network and although the SIM card still works in another phone when tested, the dongle is no longer recognised on the EE network and does not broadcast anything. I have currently been on EE chat and phone calls since 14.20!!!
