I have a mini hub that I cannot link to my account after many attempts on numerous days. I cannot check the balance on the SIM. My mobile phone is with a different provider so cannot text Balance to 150. How on earth do I find out what I've used and how much is left?? Can I only get this info by calling? I do not want to take the SIM out the router and put it in a phone to get the answer.
Any help much appreciated

@nanarubes : Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.

You have no idea how much that helped. I've been going nuts trying to get a balance for this. I logged in with it and tried linking etc and no luck. Thank you. Just love an expert, where would we be without them!
