4GEE Router

Maybe somebody might know the answer, i have the 4GEE Router.

I am not too far away from the mast but my BB goes up & down never that good.

When i unplug it for say 5 mins then restart it it usually improves it a bit,so just wondering if these routers are rubbish.

I bought this one from EE a few years ago,i am wondering if i bought a decent make would it make a difference.

That`s rubbish,i have been complaining about very variable D/L speed ,one day i can get 100mbps the next it can be 6.9mbps.

If you read my posts you will see that is what i am talking about.

@jockwav1 When you are on this forum, when someone from customer service CS replies to you that is what they are doing.

They have NO WAY to id who you are, and when they say you have to call them, that's what it means, so give them a call.

I have been looking for the number to call the tech team,not having much luck which one it is.
