We've had a 4GEE mini WiFi box for about 6 months now, last week it randomly stopped connecting to the internet. We've tried resetting it and taking the battery and SIM card out and reinserting, but no joy. When we go onto http://192.168.1.1 it shows as not connected to the network, but doesn't advise why. Just wondered if anyone else has come across this problem. EE phones get full signal where we are, and up until a week or so ago we had very good internet signal.

Are you in the UK or roaming?
Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Hi James,
Im in the UK and we have the PAYG one. Its worked amazing since we got it in January.
It allows me to search find and connect to it, however it shows no internet.

Yes, when the data runs out, it normally advises something is required.

If My EE shows an active data allowance there could be a local network issue.
Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?

no problems in our area.
When googling on the web, it says some drivers can be outdated, do you think its anything to do with drivers?

Had the same problem for more than 6 months. When contract is finished. Will tell them where to go .EE is not the same company anymore

Hi same issue we are constantly re connecting the Sky box and my mobile struggles to work. EE need to improve if they are to live up to their adds
