I got my 4G Hub a few days ago, and it's been good for me so far. However, I've found that on two occasions so far the internet will disconnect for over 10 minutes, and I have to turn off and on the hub to be able to reconnect to the internet. While disconnected, I also can't connect to the hub to check settings.
Does anyone know a fix for this? Or do I have to turn it off and on again every few days?

I'm going to contact support when lines open next so that I can talk to them about it. It's not a sim issue because my sim works in my phone and I used it last weekend while travelling (and have used it in my phone when out and about in my area). I doubt it's an area issue because as soon as I have turned off and on the router it's connected to the internet again. I have a feeling it's either a router issue or it's because I'm using only IPv4 (which, if it's the latter then EE please fix your IPv4 fallback).
