I have been trying to setup the 4G broadband hub but it keeps flashing white and has an issue when connecting to the TV. This is strange because there is no issue with my phone. Please can someone tell me how to solve this problem?
On an EE 4G WiFi device, a flashing white light typically means you have received a new text message. Log in to the device's Web User Interface (usually via EE 4G WiFi Help or by typing 192.168.1.1 in your browser (or details found on the "Keep Me" card) to read or clear your messages
Your TV may need you to change the setting to 2.4Gzh frequency only. Depending on the device you have, you should be able to enter the Web User Interface to do this. 4G WiFi device | Device Help | EE
