Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 12GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until have exhausted the normal ration.

Me too. Tried XraySpeX suggestion and there's no sign of a further 12GB. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops.

Well that was painful. The person on customer support had no knowledge of Subscription Packs nor the allowances that come with them. He did add an extra 12GB but that was just going to be for this month and I was going to have to jump through the same hoops again next month. I persisted and I am now informed that this will not be necessary and 20GB will be allocated every month henceforth. We'll see. I've filed the transcript.

Thanks for the update @JHo1

I hope it's now resolved for you.

James

No. It was a one off. I've not had 20GB again, only 8GB. The web site clearly states 20GB and I'm getting 8. Guess what I think if EE.

You're only meant to get 20GB for the 1st 3 months.

Well firstly; where's that written down? Go to the web page and there's 8GB crossed out and 20GB written in its place indicating that the allowance has been increased. Show me where it says 3 months. If it isn't obvious, and it isn't, then maybe I should complain to the ASA.

Secondly I didn't get 3 months of extra allowance I got one and only then after a long chat with a clueless operator.
