Reduced phone bill and free Apple Watch

I got a call from someone saying that they wanted to reduce my phone bill for a 12 month contract as my number was the lucky winner of this promotion and get a free Apple watch. Gift off the company.

 

I got the email from EE which I've had in the past which I thought was correct but I got worried once they started asking me for my date of birth and bank details to give over the phone. 

 

Please tell me this was a scam!

@Yuey   Most definitely a scam.   EE will not reduce your phone bill as the contract and price are for the duration of that contract including yearly price increases.  And EE will not give away an Apple Watch unless they run a competition. No such competition is running.
