I am moving from EE - long story. I requested a pac code. Put the new sim in my phone entered the information and says 'pac code expired or incorrect'. I spend 20 minutes on the phone to an EE advisor to be told 'it should work now' I have tried again and being told the same information. I requested the PAC on Saturday so its definitely not expired. I don't have hours to waste chasing the validity of the code. Anyone any suggestions. I am know paying for 2 services. Thanks

@SimonDG22 You need to call your new provider and give them the PAC so they can do this manually for you. It’s their website that’s having the issue.
