Hi there,I’ve recently left EE and need to get in touch with the payroll/HR department. How do I do this please?

I’m yet for EE to set up,  I have now moved from the address but would like them set up at new address. Without calling can I do it through online. I have terrible anxiety with phone calls may seem silly. thank you
