orange pension scheme

Good afternoon. 

I worked for Orange PCS Ltd in London between 2004-2006.  I am trying to trace a pension administrator (the phone number on a letter many years ago is not working).  Does anyone have an email (preferably) or phone number and details of how I can trace my pension please?  Thanks.

Hi Alex, 

I have a similar question. I was an Orange Employee from 2008 and with BT until 2022. I have found my original EE Pension scheme, but can you confirm if the Orange Pension scheme evolved into the EE Pension scheme?

Thanks for the reply and I have called using that number but there are so many options to press.  Did Orange get taken over by BT in the end and this now falls under BT?  Can you give me an email perhaps?  Regards

@Caroline142 That is correct yes Orange was part of EE which is owned by the BT Group, so its all the same company. Option 7 should be for Pensions then if you are unsure of the next one just select option 1 to get through to someone to assist you.

Hi, I worked for Orange PCS from 1999-2001 and am struggling to track down my pension fund.  Government pensions tracing website says its administered by Towers Watson but they deny having any record.  PLease advise
