Hi it’s Kaitlyn I tried getting the iPhone 15 pro on contract monthly yes and it got declined I put payed 30 pound deposit I think and it still hasn’t come back in my bank? It been 2 weeks nearly ?

Customer Service closed

Anyone know if EE have changed their customer service opening hours? I have been trying to phone them as really need to speak to them and just keep getting a message saying they close at 6pm but I thought this was 9pm Monday to Friday?
