Compliment an Agent

Hello, I was wondering if there's any way to leave feedback on the service I was provided two days ago and give my compliments to Jason H and his manager. Not only was he extremely helpful but he also helped me out with saving some money on my end. I couldn't be more grateful to him and his manager.

Unfortunately I did accidentally delete his message with his name and so I had to contact EE messaging to get his name and the agent, Deepak, whom I spoke to was extremely helpful. 

I'm fortunate to have never had any issues at all with EE and would love to express my gratitude to the whole company! Thank you again to everyone whom I've contacted recently!

Are you aware what department you spoke with and what location?

I'm not sure of location, but it was the Upgrades department. I do know he was Welsh of that helps any.

I also wanted to give a compliment to an agent i spoke to yesterday. Customer services. 

Thank you Sharon for being so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Not only did she help with my direct debit change, we also discussed fraudulent payments we have both experienced and had a lot in common.   Lovely lady! 
I did not receive a feedback survey via email or text.
