I have 4 SIM cards on my account as well as broadband. I want to ensure that all 4 SIM cards are on the correct package as they all show as available for upgrades. I have a number of questions so speaking to someone is really the best option for me.
It should not take 7 calls to 150 (all of which get me nowhere and eventually disconnect me), 1 call to my local store (who advised me to pop in - 10 miles away - but then said they couldn't access my account anyway), a message via Facebook and an open chat via help in the app.
A 5 minute call would have saved me 30 minutes of faff and I'm still no further along.

It depends on when you call and if all agents are available and not busy with other calls.
Can you not use the EE app or online account to check which plans you're on.
