I need to speak to someone online urgently about my account it's been restricted bit iv been in hospital amd iv no mobile phone to contact I need my WiFi re connection doing until I'm able to pay my bill next week

@Liamburns190587 As it’s already been cut off you’ll need to pay that bill before it’s reconnected. If ever you have an issue paying on time you need to call customer support before hand to explain the situation.
