I am currently in hospital after having an operation on my ears, and cannot use the phone to make phone calls. I need an extension on paying my bill. I’m trying live chat but it’s not being picked up, anyone know any other way to actually speak to someone via message? I tried to create a promise to pay via message and it says they need to speak to me, but that’s not possible.
